Is Yoga Teacher Training something you’ve always wanted to do?  Do you talk at length to anyone and everyone who will listen about how yoga has changed your life and could change theirs too? Have you ever imagined or wondered if you could somehow combine your passion for practicing yoga with a full-time or part-time job teaching? Do you want to dive deeper into your personal vinyasa practice and absorb all you can about yoga philosophy and asana all while discovering new depths of who you are? If you answered yes to any or all of these questions, then please keep reading!

At Hot Yoga East Nashville, our vinyasa flow teacher training provides an accessible approach to learning the art of teaching yoga paired with practical, hands-on experience to accomplish the goal or being prepared, knowledgeable, and ready to teach yoga. Whether you decide to teach professionally or not, you will become a teacher and will be fully equipped to share the gift of yoga with others. We won’t promise that it will easy but we can guarantee that it will be worth it! Be sure of this – you will come out of this training with a new strength, confidence and focus that will help you be your best in and out of the yoga studio.

Over 6 weekends, you will gain the necessary foundation, knowledge, skills and dialogue to teach a traditional vinyasa yoga class to all levels of yoga practitioners. The course is designed with two primary goals in mind: giving you the skills to become a confident, effective teacher in any setting, and supporting the development and deepening of your personal practice.
